All customers are able to preorder cases of products that we carry. Preorders receive a discount, saving you money. We hold preorders for you to pick up when you visit our stores.
Member-owners receive a larger discount on their preorders and can place their orders online as well as in person using a paper preorder form. If you are not a member-owner, you can place preorders but only in store using a preorder form.
To place a preorder:
- Look through our UNFI biannual catalogs to find the items that you want to pre-order.

- Submit your order:
- Member-owners: Fill out the preorder form here or fill out a paper copy available in-store. If you are not a member-owner, you will not be able to access the form.
- All other customers: visit our stores to submit you preorder in person by completing a paper form.
Forms that are not completely filled in WILL NOT be processed.
