Stop by Green Fields Market to sample Riley’s 2×4 cheese from Blue Ledge Farm in Salisbury, VT. Riley’s 2×4 is a mixed raw milk cheese made with goat’s milk and cow’s milk. It is this month’s Cave to Co-op special on sale for $14.99/lb. Tuesday, April 9, 11:30am to 1:30pm.
