We have a full selection of high quality natural and organic groceries, as well as green cleaning supplies and pet food. Our store shelves reflect the best of the Pioneer Valley - New England Natural Bakers granola, Bart’s Ice Cream, Sidehill Farm yogurt, Our Family Farms milk, Real Pickles, South River Miso and Katalyst Kombucha, to name just a few of the many excellent food producers in our region.

We’re known for our bulk section and it is one of the best around. Walnuts, black beans, local wheat, maple syrup, quinoa, fair trade coffee, shampoo, herbs, tea, household cleaners, olive oil, organic chocolate chips, snacks, nuts and nut butters are just some of the over 300 items we carry in bulk.

We have a wide selection of gluten free items at our stores and also specialize in fairly traded items, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, bananas, soap, vanilla, sugar, baskets and rice.
