Our bakers start each day bright and early to bring you a wide selection of breads, pastries, cookies cakes, and other treats, made in-house from scratch.
Each item made at the co-op is made with entirely organic flour (our whole wheat bread flour is even locally produced, using organic methods!), along with organic spices and organic sugar.
We offer a range of breads each day, including buttermilk wheat, deli rye and sourdough french, as well as daily specials like walnut wheat, rosemary sourdough, and miche.
We use our breads for our sandwiches (gluten-free options, not made in-house are available for our sandwiches too), in addition to locally made spelt breads.
Our daily pastry selections include buttery croissants, danishes, muffins, scones, and a wide range of cookies, tortes, cakes, pies, tea breads, and granolas! We also have options made without gluten-containing ingredients, and a full dessert catering menu of cakes, pies, tortes, and cheesecakes for your next special occasion.
