Our bakers start each day bright and early to bring you a wide selection of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and other treats, made in-house, from scratch.
We offer a range of breads each day, including buttermilk wheat, deli rye and sourdough french, as well as daily specials like rosemary sourdough, miche, Ragnar rye (hearty traditional Scandinavian seeded rye bread), cranberry quinoa (protein-enriched sourdough whole wheat loaf) and sunny bulgur (traditional yeasted sandwich loaf with sunflower seeds, bulgur and locally produced honey).

We use our breads for our Deli sandwiches (gluten-free options, not made in-house, are available for Deli sandwiches too).
Our daily pastry selections include buttery croissants, danishes, muffins, scones, and a wide range of cookies, cakes, pies, quick breads, fruit crisps and granolas! We also have options made without gluten-containing ingredients.
